Um, half the reason...no, three fourths of the reason that I watch wrestling is the gimmicks and characters. And I know I'm gonna be hated by thousands of people for saying this, but CM Punk is horrible in the ring.

If you're watching wrestling for the gimmicks, than your taste in television must be really bad. How can Punk cheat and cry if it is all scripted? You sound ridiculous complaining about what scripted characters do when following the script. Just observe Punk's style, it might help if you watch tapes from when he was a baby face, so your young mind doesn't cloud your judgment. I don't think people will hate you for saying he sucks in the ring, you obviously are too young and naive to see talent when it is in front of you. You are a tool. You are buying into the marketing gimmicks that the industry is selling to you, and they are sitting back and enjoying how easy it is to make money off of kids.

Uhm, when he was a baby face, I'm pretty sure he was in Ring of Honor or one of those other wrestling companies. And, I just started watching, so if he was a good guy in WWE, I couldn't have seen it. Or tape it. And I was saying that I just don't like his...er, "style". To me, he looks like an idiot when he does his roundhouse kick.
Also, I don't buy wrestling stuff.

Hardy wasn't banned. He's taking a break. It's part of the storyline. Sadly enough, Punk was chosen to turn heel for this particular storyline.

My best recommendation is to like a superstar for his/her's style of wrestling, rather than the fact that they are heel/babyface.
