WOW! It's...MASIKO! In Water Form! Masiko is my To-Be cartoon character. He found a ring, put it on, and turned into Fire Masiko. Later on into the show, he found the Water Ring(Kyusshi Ragnen), and at the same time a 'mysterious villain' found it. They had a huge blowout, but Masiko eventually came out victorious! He put the ring on, and everything went just 'swimmingly'!
